Nobodies is a collection of imagined faces existing in their own world. Each one feels familiar, yet belongs to no one in particular; they are fragments of a continuous search for a presence.
From an early age, Caetano has been drawn to these faces as a way of finding an inner world, while simultaneously seeking to recognise them in reality. These figures reflect upon the need for closeness, for connection, a quiet dialogue between God and us; intimacy and absence. Idealised faces stuck on the other side.
